The first annual Woodinville Pride took place at DeYoung Park in 2022. Local residents had a vision of seeing more LGBTQIA+ events on the Eastside for those less willing (or unable) to attend larger events in the city. We believe that our youth need more smaller, family-oriented, safe & inclusive events closer to home to show the types of resources available to the queer community and that local LGBTQIA+ artists, crafters, performers, creators, etc. deserve more opportunites to showcase their talents in an inclusive, safe space.
Speakers:

Tanya Milbrodt - Lead Organizer
Tanya is a Woodinville resident with an LGBTQ Teen. When her daughter came out a few years ago they wanted to go to a small, local Pride event and found that there were not as many on the Eastside as they expected. Inspired by her love for her daughter (and the LGBTQ community) the idea for Woodinville Pride was born! Tanya works closely with a committee to plan this event and looks forward to years of growth & love to be shared in Woodinville.
Brandi Gordon - Co-Organizer
Brandi was born & raised locally, in Redmond. She was a 3-sport athlete in high school and went on to play softball and study at the University of the Pacific before she earned her Master's degree at Seattle University. She has four children and a fiance, Alexandra. After a pivotal year in her life, and a desire to be of service & foster relationships, she felt as though there was no better time to begin her career in Real Estate. Brandi is drawn to music, dancing, hiking, sharing meals and connecting with people. If you have any need for buying, selling, investing or simply have a question about the market, please reach out to this queer agent!
Heidi Schauble - Co-Organizer
Heidi Schauble is a Queer Woodinville Resident, social justice advocate and local community organizer. She graduated from UW Bothell with a Masters in Policy Studies and admins the Woodinville Social Justice Connection group and public page as well as serving on the Woodinville Pride Planning Committee.
Open Mic Opportunities:
As we have ALWAYS done, we would like to create a space for members of the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as family members, advocates and allies to speak. If you have something to share or would like to have your voice heard, there will be several opportunities to approach the stage and let the Stage Manager know you would like to speak. We may have a few questions to discourage potential hecklers, as hate speech will NOT be tolerated at our event.
Performers:
